Special instructions:
To begin sewing the haku together, start by sewing up the hole
at the bottom of the head. Then stuff the muzzle and sew it to the front of the head, closer to the stomach. Then sew the muzzle on top to … the top of the muzzle. Now you can embroider the nose on the front of the muzzle using some light purple yarn. After that, start stuffing the body and sew it to the back of the head so you can align the ears properly. Sew the ears on the sides of the head just above the middle. Make sure they are only a stitch or two from the body! Sew the inside of the ear to the center of each ear. Next, sew the horns to the crown of the head between the ears. They should touch the ears, but also face slightly forward. Then sew the whiskers on the sides of the muzzle. After that, sew the stomach to the lower part of the body so that it touches the head. The thinner end should be on the side of the tail. Finally, sew the legs to the sides of the body at the very bottom. It’s okay if the legs overlap the stomach!
To attach the hair at the top of your head and along your back, you will first need to cut 175 pieces of turquoise colored yarn that are about 10 to 12 centimeters long. Insert your hook into the hole in one stitch and pull the thread out of the hole in the next stitch. To make sure the hair is facing back, you should insert your crochet hook towards the muzzle. Pull the loop back through the stitches and secure the yarn to the hair. Pin your hair down so it runs down the center of your back. Form a triangle of hair between the horns to make the beginning of the mane.
